As Christians we put our trust in the Lord!  It matters in life who we put our trust in.  We can put our trust in the things we have, how much money we make or job security. These are all important things in our lives, but they will leave us on the short end of a full life. We put our trust in the Lord who through Jesus Christ gives us new life and a reason and purpose for being.   When we trust in the Lord we can get through whatever it is we are going through.  Life can dish out some pretty heavy challenges.  When we put our trust  in the Lord we believe that God will see us through the good times and the rough times.  

Often times when things are going well we think we can live life on our own.  Who needs the God who created the heavens and the earth?  It is these times that we stop and shout our praises and thanks to God.  In the rough times, we reach out to find God working in our lives even when we can't feel God.  When we "shout" to the Lord and sometimes "yell" at the Lord, our prayers are heard.

As Christians we gather to pray, worship and study together.  We grow in our faith together and need each other as we learn ways to put our trust in God.  Come and join the celebration!
